The below map shows the Pool and Clubhouse Area Improvement Project which is behind schedule and has not even been started..  The funds to accomplish the Project were part of the $6.5 million Special Assessment Fund of which there is around $64 thousand left. [Jun 2005] Some question if this is enough.
